Best Property Management are located close to Flamingo Country Club and offer property management and rental packages put together exclusively for owners of properties on Flamingo Country Club. Some of you may not need to use any of our services as you will be visiting your property regularly and taking care of it yourselves. However, a large number of home owners will be intending to rent their properties for short term holiday lets and may need help and advice from a local source.

We are on hand to provide all the assistance needed should any guests experience any problems or if your property needs attention in any way. If you are in the UK the last thing you want is for guests to be calling you in the middle of the night if they have a problem and there is nothing you can do. For this reason it may be necessary to use a Property Management Company to look after your interests in your absence tailored to suit your individual needs.

Our packages have been designed specifically for owners of Flamingo Country Club properties with 3 options to choose from plus the Rentals package.

1- Winter Package-£75 / €90 per annum

2-Annual Management Package(Silver)-£145 / €175 per annum

3-Annual Management Package(Gold)-£350 / €420 per annum

Key holding-Property inspection & maintenance check once a month, summer time twice a month.

*Keeping your keys in key box near to properties main door or keeping ourself.

*Emergency visit to property if required as needed

*Checking security systems,windows and doors

*Airing of the property

*Check to ensure all services are connected

*Running of all taps and showers, flushing of toilets

*Checking for infestation

*Visiting the property to check for damage during adverse weather conditions

*Providing a report following each visit.Digital photos taken and sent to you

*Payment of property taxes at local council

*Payment of bills(electric-water-telephone)

*Organising welcome packs, cleans, laundry, airport transfers, and car hire as requested
